Marlies Steinhauser
Co-President
Born and raised in South Tyrol, I studied archaeology and forensic anthropology in Innsbruck, Rome, Bologna, Pisa and Milan. I therefore feel like a European with South Tyrolean roots and Italian love for life. It is necessary that we tackle the global problems of our time together, because we cannot solve them alone.

Alexander Harrer
Co-President
Winegrower, lawyer, hobby philosopher, alleged charm bolt and fun dumpling. Grown up in the surroundings of Vienna, I feel like a citizen of the world, a Viennese, Austrian, European, European and generally like anybody else. Western democracies are currently coming under massive pressure from both inside and outside, and it is obvious that we alone cannot effectively represent our interests in world politics. But together it is possible! Beyond national borders, Volt - as a European party - can make it possible for the whole of Europe to speak with one voice!

Ina Dimitrieva
Treasurer
Because the air, the water and the earth are the most important goods in the world, I, as (ex-)banker and risk manager, want to develop our system into a sustainable and stable future. A united and strong Europe is not only my solution, but our solution. I am a citizen of the world, born in Sofia, living in Vienna and carrying Europe in my heart.

Victoria Bringmann
General Secretary
As a budding natural scientist, I have always missed pragmatism in politics. Volt wants to bring exactly that to bear by seeking holistic solutions to post-national problems such as climate change, drawing on science and best practices.

Marek Skalicka
Vienna City Coordinator
I want to live in a united Europe - a Europe that sticks together and tackles the major problems of our time together. Because only in such a Europe can Vienna remain the most beautiful city in the world!

Olga Devine
Queer Volt Coordinator
I want to achieve that Europe holds together even more, that every person is accepted as he or she is and I am happy that thanks to Volt I can be a voice for Europeans!

Tabea Wich
Vienna City Coordinator
I am involved with Volt because it offers the chance to contribute my opinions and ideas without detours and to shape Europe's future together. Volt is also a great opportunity for me to get to know the political process at close quarters.

Jan Tewes
Press Speaker
Volt Europe lives through its members, through them, him, you and me. Together we can take action and do something directly for Europe and our future without having to fight our way through dusty party structures. Volt is all of us who are actively engaged for Europe, Austria and Vienna. Whether in the city or in the country.

Lena Hohenkamp
Communications Lead
Enthusiastic spatial planner with the conviction that politics have the task to shape instead of only acting according to votes. Large problems require large solutions, so it makes sense to tackle them within a pan-European party. What brought me to Volt was the incentive not to just watch, but to finally help shape Europe myself.

Michael Pflüger
Design & Merchandise Coordinator
To see how people from different nations come together and share their views, demonstrate respect and unity - that is my motivation! I firmly believe in a Europe that can act as one with all its different peoples on the world stage.

Anastasia Il
Events & Expansion Coordinator Innsbruck
Society is becoming more and more global, as are the existing challenges. So we also need joint solutions. Meanwhile, politics is often shaped by the old parties in the national self-interest. Volt, on the other hand, claims to work out European solutions and dismantle national political barriers.

Carolina Paulmichl
Women of Volt Coordinator
As a global citizen in Vienna I stand up for those who are affected by structural discrimination - politics only make sense to me if they are made for everybody. That's why I stand for a consistent, inclusive policy in which we should all have the opportunity to shape the future of tomorrow's Europe.
